We now offer the ability to pay your bill online whether you want to login or not. Just click the Pay Bill link in the left navigation and you will be taken to your pay page. If you login to the site your information will be provided on the page. If you choose to pay without logging in, you will need your account number and your access code from your bill.

Web Credit Card Payments

Need to pay your bill right away? Now you can by using TIO Bill-Pay, an automated payment service.

TIO Bill-Pay is a separate company not affiliated with Gulf Power. TIO Bill-Pay will charge you a service fee of $2.25 to handle the payment.

You may submit your payment over the internet seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You will need your account number along with a valid credit card number.

Phone Credit Card Payments

You may submit your payment by phone, seven days a week, 24 hours a day Through Bill Matrix. You will need your account number along with a valid credit card, Debit/ATM card or checking account information. Bill Matrix will charge you a service fee of $2.25 to handle the payment.

  Auto Pay

Auto Pay is a free bill payment program where you can authorize your bill amount to be automatically debited from your checking or savings account. With Auto Pay, we will continue to read your meter and calculate your bill each month. You will continue to receive your bill as you normally do, but instead of "Please Pay By" being displayed on the bill, we will print the date when your bank account will be drafted for the amount of your bill.

  CheckFree Pay

Stop by one of several CheckFreePay locations across Northwest Florida to pay your bill. Find the nearest location to you here. Payments for "current" bills only are accepted and will take 3 to 5 days to process.
