       Steps to get you up and running:

       Step #1 Create a new user profile, login and setup your property
       managers profile.
       Step #2 Setup your account with a "new property request".
       Step #3 An e-mail will notify you when your property is ready for online
       use.
       Step #4 Grant access to others on your team to monitor accounts.



Property Manager Portal Overview

  • Supply you with up-to-date status of all accounts at your property.
  • Set up your account with a "New Property Request"
  • Edit the Billing Address for property units in your name.
  • Allows you to view/print the bill for any unit in your name.
  • Determine if your payment has posted.
  • Sign up for a Landlord Agreement.
  • Review/Update Landlord Agreement during verification process.
  • Supply energy usage information on unit(s)
