   2. Complete the email validation sent from Web Authentication.
   3. Create a Profile - Click Update.
   4. Select "Request a New Property" - Complete Steps 1,2,3 to request
        properties - a Property Manager email is sent to you.
   5. Wait 24 - 48 hours for your confirmation email notification - a
        Property Information email is sent to you.
   6. Log in and manage your properties online 24x7.
